A proposal for Piotr Czaykowski. Three sites, one platform, and an end to waiting.
Urgent should mean minutes — not an email and a wait.
- ejt.management
- physiome.pl
- fundacjadrogi.pl
01 — Today
Every change is an email. Every deadline waits on an inbox.
The current setup works — but it has one bottleneck: me. Replace a poster, publish a workshop report, add participant opinions, update project dates. Each is an email, a wait, and a reply — even when the deadline is today.
Urgency by email
"Please replace — urgent." Project communication under PFRON funding has real deadlines, and every one of them currently depends on someone else's availability.
Growing duty
"Drogi możliwości" runs until 2028 — reports, opinions, posters, recruitment updates. The publication volume only grows through both funding periods, across three sites.
Platform weight
Three WordPress installs mean plugin updates, security monitoring and maintenance — infrastructure your sites don't actually need to carry.
02 — The platform
Orbit. Your site, in your hands.
Orbit is the publishing platform I build and run my fastest sites on — including my own, lverbeeck.com. Your site is rebuilt as clean, hand-crafted pages served from a global edge network, and you edit it through a simple visual interface. Same design, same address, none of the weight.
Click-to-edit
Open your live site, click any text or image, type the change, press publish. No admin panel to learn. Fixing a date takes as long as reading it.
News as a system
Project posts become a structured collection: title, date, text, photos, opinions. Publishing a workshop report is a form, not a layout exercise.
Accessible by design
A foundation working with people with disabilities should lead by example. The rebuild ships with WCAG-conscious markup: structure, alt texts, keyboard navigation, contrast.
Fast everywhere
Static pages from 300+ edge locations. No database, no plugin chain. Milliseconds — including on older devices and slow connections.
Nothing to hack
No plugins, no PHP, no login page to brute-force. Almost no attack surface, and no update that can break the site overnight.
Same look, same address
fundacjadrogi.pl keeps its design, content and history. Every post moves over, old links keep working. Visitors notice nothing — except the speed.
03 — Already built
Not a mockup. The portal runs today.
Everything above is live in the Orbit portal — the same one behind my own site and my clients' sites. This is what you would log into: content, leads, collections and analytics for each of your sites, in one place.
Text blocks
The Content tab lists every text and image on your site as a simple form field. Change a date, fix a name, swap a poster — save, and the site re-renders itself.
Full-site mode
One toggle switches to the visual editor: your live site, where you click any element and type. Desktop and mobile preview included, publish with one button.
Analytics tab
Visitors, sources and top pages — privacy-first, no cookie banners required for it. You see what your PFRON posts actually reach, right next to where you edit them.
04 — The assistant
Send requests exactly like your emails. Get them done in minutes.
For everything beyond a quick self-edit, your portal includes an AI assistant. You write to it the way you write to me — paste the text, attach the poster, say what's urgent. It prepares the change, shows you a preview, and publishes when you approve. Day or night.
plakat_v2.jpg
Step 1
You ask
In plain language, Polish or English — with attachments, exactly like an email.
Step 2
It prepares
The assistant drafts the change on a preview copy — nothing goes live yet.
Step 3
You approve
You see exactly what will change. One click to publish, or ask for an adjustment.
Step 4
It's live
Published in seconds, with every change logged so nothing gets lost.
05 — Campaigns · optional add-on
One more sentence: "Send it to our subscribers."
SendMerlin is the email marketing engine I built and run as a live product. Integrated into your Orbit portal, it turns your website into a newsletter machine: a signup form on the site feeds your subscriber list, and campaigns work exactly like everything else — you just ask. Keep participants, families and donors informed without touching another tool.
Subscribers built in
A newsletter signup on your site feeds the list automatically — consent-clean and RODO-compliant, with unsubscribe handled for you.
Campaigns by request
"Run a campaign for the new post." The assistant drafts the email from your content, shows a preview, and sends when you approve.
Results you can see
Opens, clicks and list growth, reported in the same portal. You know what reached people — useful for project reporting, too.
+50 PLN / month, switched on only if and when you want it.
06 — The difference
Today, and after.
| Today — email & wait | With Orbit | |
|---|---|---|
| Typo or date | Email, wait for availability, confirm — hours to days | Click the text on the page, fix it yourself — one minute |
| Replace a poster | Email with attachment, marked urgent, then wait | Tell the assistant, approve the preview — minutes, any hour |
| Workshop report | Long email: text, photos, opinions — plus a round of clarifications | Fill in the post form, or send it all to the assistant in one message |
| Evening deadline | Depends entirely on when I can respond | The assistant works 24/7; you publish when you need to |
| Bigger changes | Email me | Still me — new pages, design and structure stay in expert hands |
07 — Proof, not promises
Recent work, live today.
This is not a concept. These are production sites and products I've designed, written and built — including SendMerlin itself. Each card opens the full case study on lverbeeck.com.

A medical training site, run on Orbit CMS

A privacy-first analytics platform, built native

Email marketing with a real sending engine

A design review SaaS, built in three weeks
An AI-first funnel site that sells a program

A virtual-tour SaaS — every room, one link
08 — How it would run
Three weeks, zero disruption.
fundacjadrogi.pl goes first. The current site stays online and untouched while the new one is built beside it; the switch happens only when you've reviewed everything. ejt.management and physiome.pl can follow the same path whenever you're ready.
Week 1
Rebuild
The current design and pages rebuilt as clean, fast, accessible code. Same look, better bones.
Week 2
Content moves
All posts and project pages migrate, including the full news archive. Old links redirect correctly.
Week 3
Your review
You get the preview and the portal. We walk through editing and the assistant together — 30 minutes is enough.
